Michael Ingram has spent much of the last 20 years with JPI working as a project superintendent, project manager, and vice president. Michael has a JD from University of California Hastings College of the Law and has represented some of the largest construction firms in the state. John P. Ingram, Jr. has BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cal Poly San Luis Obispo — as well as an MBA from the University of Southern California.

The experience of building projects for our own account gives us a unique perspective into the local entitlement process, building design, cost control and value add alternates.
